Lace up your shoes and join the Introduction to Running Program

Do you want a way out of your everyday life, do you want to lay a solid foundation for running and strengthen your physical condition and join the unique world of running? organizes our Association, in two cycles, beginning every September and ending at the end of June.
It doesn’t matter the age, nor the physical condition, just make the decision and we are waiting for you in our big family.
The Program is held in Nicosia, at the Athalassa Park, and in Limassol, at the Laniteio Stadium. The duration of the training is 50 minutes.
With the help of our qualified coaches, the right foundations are laid, so that running can be a healthy activity combined with the right principles of strengthening.
The only condition for participation in the program is registration as a member of the Association.
Participants should not have any medical contraindications for exercise (if you are not sure consult your doctor) and will fill out a consent form at the start of the training sessions.
